Walls
Prep the surface, apply minor repairs, paint the wall(s) two coats.
Ceilings
Prep the surface, apply minor repairs, paint the ceiling(s) two coats.
Stain Blocking
Heavy staining from water damage or smoke stains can be repaired. If the damage exceeds a surface level repair, the cost can increase as to reflect the scope of work involved.
Exterior Painting:
Prep includes pressure washing, sanding, and coverings. Does not include patching woodwork or gaps on the exterior.
Exterior Painting - One Level
Surface prep and paint. Front entrances, exterior walls/ siding, exterior door(s), garage door(s), soffit and facia.
Exterior Painting - Multi Level
Surface prep, scaffolding setup and/ or lift rental, lift operation, and paint. Front entrance, garage door(s), exterior walls/ siding, exterior door(s), soffit and facia.
Drywall Services:
Drywall Priming
Sanding and priming drywall.
Drywall Installation
Install drywall board(s), apply drywall tape(s), apply Mud compound coats.
Ceiling Texture
Ceiling texture removal or application.
